TrialSchedule is a great online litigation planning and scheduling program that allows lawyers to plan out their cases and visualize their case and trial calendars in a simple but powerful Gantt chart view.  It is $19.99 a month and the subscription may be canceled at any time.  The lawyer’s cases can be assigned to different attorneys or assistants and each account allows for 10 different attorneys or assistants to be created.  The program also features great To-Do chart as well as the traditional spreadsheet like views of all cases and to-do items.

TrialSchedule is NOT a case management program.  It is a unique litigation planning software program that is accessed online, so there is no software to install.  You can log in to your account from any Internet connection and because it is an online program, you can receive email alerts of upcoming deadlines and to-do items.
